The Ice Cream Cafe is family owned and operated. We established our Gourmet Ice Cream shop in June 2013 by Lee and Dee McClure. Lee and Dee were both born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. They felt like Gillette was missing something, so they researched how to make homemade ice cream. Their research lead them to many great ideas and opportunities for what Gillette was missing.
