K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast is a 33-acre Wyoming Guest ranch located just minutes from downtown Cody, Wyoming. In earlier times the ranch served as both a working sheep and cattle ranch. The ranch is no longer used to raise sheep or cattle, but the hay fields that surround the main K3 Guest Ranch Lodge continue to produce 45-50 tons of good quality hay, and today are home to deer, antelope, and
... more a variety of birds and small game. The ranch is also home to two of the best-trained ranch horses in Wyoming. Stormy and Zip are ranch stars and perform a variety of tricks for guests. They add to the over-all ranch experience that K3 guests enjoy so much.
In the early 1980s, Head Wrangler Jerry Kinkade turned the main ranch lodge into a western style bed and breakfast. Jerry’s vision for the property was to provide guests a comfortable lodging experience combined with the fun and excitement of a working ranch. Jerry has carefully decorated each room in the K3 Lodge with a western theme, including authentic western collectibles and artwork. Especially unique to K3 are the vintage wagons that have been converted to comfy queen sized beds giving guests the most unique western sleeping experience they have ever seen!
